After Job’s second friend Bildad urges Job to repent and find mercy from God, Job asks the rhetorical question “how can a man be righteous before God?” We are all sinners and are separated from a holy God. Yet God in His grace and mercy became a man, not only to identify with us but to take our sin upon Himself so He could give us the mercy of God. The great and mighty God who hung the stars in the sky has made us right with Him!
